A clinical health psychologist is a licensed psychologist with specialized training in how emotional, behavioral, and physical health affect one another. In addition to treating concerns like depression and anxiety, clinical health psychologists help people cope with chronic health conditions, pain, and the stress that can come with medical care. The same expertise also helps high achievers manage stress, protect their health, and perform at their best.
